ranch - table
The food we prepare for our guests is the same food we grow and prepare for our family. To the greatest extent possible, Double Diamond X Ranch uses ranch-raised or locally produced foods such as pasture-raised organic chicken eggs, organic heirloom produce, locally raised grass-finished beef, organic poultry and pork products, and ranch-cured and smoked meats. Breakfast baskets, with a variety of fruits, fresh baked goods, and farm-raised eggs and meats, are available and delivered to your cabin every morning at 7:30 AM. A delicious dinner, using the day's fresh harvest, is served every evening in the lodge between 6 and 7:30 PM. Dinner is served family-style on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, guests may choose from our full restaurant menu. Open-fire cookouts are on Tuesday! Our dining room is open from around June 1st - September 15th. The saloon features local beers, wines, and whiskey, along with a selection of domestic and imported beers, wines, and spirits. We also feature signature cocktails - kick back and enjoy a house-made Margarita, Mojito, or South Fork Sunset.
Shoot some stick on a gem of a pool table - an antique that was brought to Cody Country by Buffalo Bill himself as part of his historic Irma Hotel. Come gather with friends and unwind in a truly western setting - the saloon is open daily at 4 PM or earlier upon request.
